Currently, Media Center will rip with MakeMKV using the default MakeMKV profile. Some settings will need to be set in MakeMKV. Multiple optical drives are supported and can be ripped from simultaneously. The ripped files will be saved to the appropriate folder set in Media Center. Check the titles in the dialog to select which to rip and click OK to start ripping with MakeMKV. When it's done, Media Center will create a dialog displaying the list of titles. Clicking 'Rip with MakeMKV' will send a command to open and scan the disc for titles. If the conditions are met, a new button will appear in the Rip Disc action window to 'Rip with MakeMKV'. JRiver Media Center will check to make sure the appropriate version of MakeMKV is present. To rip using MakeMKV, click on 'Rip Disc' in the Action Window. You must have MakeMKV version 1.16.0 or later installed. #Makemkv beta forum windows#This option is currently only available on the Windows version. Yes there is liberally no h264 10 bit hardware support,īut nearly all hardware decoder can't decode 16 ref frames so do you have a warning for this too? It's not looking there are many people using x265 8-Bit, HEVC is all about 10-Bit, right? What I'll much likely do is allow tools not used being deleted, I added xvid encraw only because it was requested at least once a week so still used by many people, if people request separate 8-Bit and 10-Bit frequently I have to put it back, the poll showed there are x264 10-Bit users, if I add this people might enable it not even knowing it has little to no hardware support (right?) so I would have to add a warning at least.JRiver Media Center 28 for Windows has a new option to rip DVDs and Blu-Ray with MakeMKV if MakeMKV is installed on the machine. Just add a (if you didn't already have) presets for devices like megui did. there are multiply settings you can't use for some hardware devices using x264 8 bit. If someone is changing settings he has to deal with the result no need to hold there hands. Some/most decoder can't decode 10 bit HEVC like lentoid or UHDcode. #Makemkv beta forum install#How can I install Avisynth+, given that the existing installer is very old and not updated to most recent version ? so there is a reason to use 8 bit HEVC but please use the 16 bpp version.ĭo you think about adding AMD VCE to your hardware decoder list? the people on the OBs forum liked it and i wouldn't be shocked if AMD VCE 2.0 is better than NVenc kampler and haswell. I used the AviSynth+ r1576 installer (make sure you install 32 and 64-bit) and then I manually replaced the respective files using the updated build from here (). 32-bit avisynth.dll and devil.dll go in the SysWOW64 folder, 64-bit goes in the System32 folder. Also replace the core plugins in the AviSynth autoload folder with the included plugins. I have been able to find some of these plugins in 64-bit version, but where can I find all of them ? How do I implement Qtgmc ? As far as I can understand, I would need Mvtools, MaskTools v2, NNEDI3, RemoveGrain + Repair, SSE2Tools, NNEDI2, NNEDI, EEDI3, EEDI2, Tdeint. Really you don't need all these plugins for it to work, QTGMC() with all default settings only needs MVtools2, MaskTools2, RemoveGrain/Repair, and NNEDI3.
